My Story

Certified Coach
My name is Cassandra A Campbell.
I’m a Wellbeing Warrior and entrepreneur with my fingers in a few pies.
For many years, I felt like my childhood, career ambitions, and dreams of a happy, fulfilled life had been taken from me due to health conditions that went undiagnosed for over 20 years. At 33, I was finally diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and Fibromyalgia.
Having endured mental, emotional, and physical trauma from a young age, I know first-hand how limiting beliefs can become barriers to happiness. For years, I was weighed down by negative self-concepts and believed that a fulfilling life was out of reach.
A major part of this mindset was shaped by living with chronic conditions. Beyond the physical pain, they triggered mental and emotional distress, affected my relationships, career, and nearly every other aspect of my life. I struggled with energy, motivation, and often, the will to get up in the morning.

My Journey
For a long time, I was merely going through the motions, avoiding the trauma I had experienced and continued to experience, while trying my best to bounce back from every setback. I felt depressed, unworthy, useless – as a mother and as a human being – and lost.
Eventually, I hit rock bottom and decided enough was enough. I had to make a choice: continue on this downward slope, where I would be of no use to my son or anyone else, or find the strength to confront my trauma and begin healing.
I sought counselling and spent time using self-help practices to break through the psychological and emotional barriers that were holding me back, and to reprogram my mindset. Over time, I reached a place of inner peace and self-worth. The transformation, though not immediate, was worth every challenge and step of the emotional process.
This journey led me to study coaching, counselling, and other personal development practices, while also exploring prayer and meditation – all of which helped me discover my purpose: to help others empower themselves by breaking through their own barriers. I now offer the support and guidance I wish I’d had earlier in life, using the tools that helped me, as well as those I developed myself.
I regard myself as a Wellbeing Warrior because I am proactive in prioritising my mental, emotional, and physical health. I am committed to making healthy lifestyle choices, overcoming personal challenges, and fostering a mindset that enables me to live a happy and fulfilled life.
I am also dedicated to helping others cultivate resilience, reclaim control, and enjoy life, with a particular focus on supporting people living with chronic illnesses.
My own experiences and work with clients, has shown me just how much our experiences, challenges, environment, and upbringing shape how we see ourselves and what we believe is possible. The stories we tell ourselves are powerful – they influence how we feel, act, and ultimately, what we achieve.
I take great care in crafting content that is not only impactful but also achievable and sustainable because navigating life’s challenges shouldn’t feel impossible.

What’s next…
In addition to my work as a coach, I have a number of positions that provide me with a passive income. You can learn more about them here.
My most recent venture is becoming an Independent Travel Agent.
I’ve come full circle, as working in the travel industry was my childhood ambition – one that became impossible due to my health. Now, in an era that supports working from home, I have the flexibility I need to undertake training at my own pace, set my own hours, and experience the joy of booking dream holidays for my clients.
My long-term goals within these industries are to not only curate holidays that are accessible for all, but also to expand my mission of supporting the chronic illness community by helping others to have passive incomes and start their own travel agency franchise. This will provide flexible ways to earn an income and reclaim a sense of purpose and self-worth.
